Warehouse Team Leader

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday 8 hrs between 0600-1800 subject to requirements)

Location: Slough ( SL1 4SS)

Are you ready to lead a team and ensure accurate and efficient product throughput in a highly secure environment? We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader in Slough who can drive best practices, meet targets, and uphold high standards in line with operational, contractual, and legal requirements.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Ensure all activities comply with current legislation, company policies, procedures, and contract practices
  • Follow correct Manual Handling procedures to move stock
  • Handle and complete all necessary documentation and information accurately
  • Adhere to and maintain Service Level Agreements
  • Operate company equipment safely and in accordance with policies and legislation
  • Attend and complete required training, including First Aid and Fire Marshall training
  • Assist in producing reports and documentation packs for the site
  • Help maintain contract KPIs
  • Understand and meet customer needs efficiently and cost-effectively
  • Contribute to effective service levels while adhering to QSHE standards
  • Supervise a small team of warehouse operatives

About You

  • Experience as a warehouse operator, team leader or supervisor in a logistics environment
  • Flexible and proactive approach with a desire to exceed operational objectives
  • Team player willing to contribute positively to the group
  • Ability to drive MHE or learn to drive MHE
