This is a full-time role as a YouTube Channel Management at Be A Bear. As a YouTube Channel Management you will be responsible for managing client YouTube channels, developing and delivering digital strategies, coordinating projects, and driving audience engagement. Your day-to-day tasks will involve all aspects of channel management.
You’ve grown digital channels in a previous role, and you’re confident in your ability to define a strategy and stick to it.
You've got experience working with entertainment brands, and you're keen to maximise on this.
Working within a growing team of digital strategists, and managing a Digital Channel Assistants
Responsible for everything that happens on the YouTube channel, from content schedules through to claims
Focussed on ways to grow digital channels, specifically YouTube, but learnings on other channels help
Follow competitor behaviour and general YouTube trends
Strong written skills, with the ability to craft creative and persuasive content
A passion for media and entertainment brands
An understanding and interest in new social media tools and trends
Excellent time management
2+ years’ experience working in digital, including experience of YouTube channel management

~ Passionate about great content, advertising and brands and publishers
