In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating content items from various internal teams, liaising with our external content partner, maintaining project plans, and creating email templates in Dotmailer. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content items for newsletters.
Act as the primary point of contact for our external content partner.
Review content provided by the partner to ensure it aligns with our brand standards and objectives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans for newsletter production.
Track progress of content creation, review, and approval processes.
Monitor and analyse newsletter performance metrics to inform future content and design improvements.
Efficient in managing multiple work streams and projects simultaneously.
Ensuring all content is accurate, consistent, and on-brand.
Skilled in using Dotmailer and basic HTML/CSS.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse performance metrics and implement improvements.
