Meets’ Design service provides embedded, project-based and RPO talent solutions as an expansion of our client’s teams, directly addressing talent acquisition strategies that hinder growth in Life Sciences organizations. The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving new business growth by securing Design solutions with Life Sciences clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of winning complex deals, a deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry, and a strong network of contacts. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Business Development & Sales:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process and transition to the delivery team.
Provide market feedback and insights to inform product development and service offerings.
Contribute to the development of sales collateral and marketing materials.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track and report on sales activities and progress against targets.
Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance and pipeline development.
Proven experience in business development and sales, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industry.
RPO, Embedded, Project Hiring.
Strong understanding of the Life Sciences industry and its talent acquisition challenges.
Established network of contacts within the Life Sciences sector.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
50,000-£90,000 depending on experience.
Good humans, unapologetically driven, purpose-led, community chemistry, specialized brilliance.
