Senior Knowledge and Information Manager

We design and build systems, infrastructure, and applications to deliver mission advantage to those working to protect the security of the UK and its allies. Rowden is setting a new standard in government technology provision: hyper-efficient engineering, better customer relationships, and rapid assimilation of commercial technology.
You will be responsible for ensuring our approach to knowledge and information management is efficient, intuitive and user centric. Your role will emphasise the design and usability of our systems, ensuring they meet the needs of end-users while maintaining robust data governance. Whether it’s providing our engineers with version-controlled technical documentation, supporting our sales team with curated bid copy, or enabling our managers to make strategic decisions based on accurate and up to date information, you will play a key role in the success of the company.
Defining Rowden’s knowledge management strategy, with a focus on user experience and service design.
Providing best practice guidance for data handling, storage, and usage.
Developing and enforcing data governance policies to ensure the integrity, security, and proper use of data.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in knowledge management and a passion for service design. Technical proficiency in the management, integration and automation of software tools and workflows.
A detailed understanding of information management frameworks and best practice.
You are committed to continuous learning and development in the fields of knowledge management and service design.
