Lead Data Architect - £85,000 - remote - flexible hours
I am partnering with a scaling technology organisation are going through a period of growth and are now hiring a Lead Data Architect into their business.
This is growing organisations with ambitions plans to be the market leader in their space & offer a tremendous amount of flexibility that allows you to work in a remote-first environment and flexible working hours.
In the new year, they are looking to introduce a share-scheme as well as pay-rises, so you can expect your earnings to increase within a short time at the company.
You will report into the COO, sit on board meeting, & manage a team of 3 yourself with the view to expand this team in the new year as well as collaborating with ML & AI Teams.
As a Lead Data Architect your primary responsibilities will see you establishing their data architecture framework.
You will be focused on establishing and executing a data strategy as well as expanding on the features and capabilities of their B2B & B2B products & spearheading product innovation.
Skills & experience required:
- 4+ years as a Data Architect
- Application Architecture Patterns & Design Concepts.
- Team leadership & management
- Experience in platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, RedShift etc
- Understanding of Data Lakehouse, Data Mesh, and Data Warehouse concepts
- Experience in product-orientated environments
- Experience in consumer analytics is preferred
- Data Governance
