Ingenii Search are looking for a QA on a contract basis. We are seeking for someone who is primary passionate about quality and manual automation with automation making up 20% of the role. You will come onboard and work closely with the engineering and product team to ensure the quality of new features for our product portfolio and be empowered to provide mentoring and guidance to a small but growing QA team.
About you:
Actively participate in feature sessions, providing early feedback on feasibility, testability, and potential risks.
Conduct daily code reviews, perform exploratory testing, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Create comprehensive test cases that cover functional requirements, edge cases, and user scenarios. Update test suites to reflect new features or changes.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using knowledge of writing Gherkin scripts.
Meticulously record test results, create bug reports, and maintain detailed test documentation.
Design and execute performance tests to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
Proactively share suggestions for improving software quality and assist developers with test automation efforts.

Experience:
Proven experience in Agile testing environments, demonstrating expertise in functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
ISTQB Foundation or similar certification preferred.
Strong automation skills with Gherkin scripting and experience in manual testing.
Proficient in Selenium, Azure DevOps, Webdriver/TestNG/Java, SOAPUI, UFT, and ALM Octane.
Knowledge of at least two programming languages.
Excellent ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solid understanding of Agile principles and experience with risk-based and model-based testing.
