About the Role: As a Commercial Training Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging clinical product and commercial training programs for both internal teams and business partners. Your efforts will ensure that employees and partners have the knowledge and skills needed to drive success. This is an incredible chance to make an impact by developing a best-in-class training framework that supports commercial growth and maintains compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cross-functional training frameworks that cover clinical products, commercial strategies, and market access.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver high-quality training content, including clinical product knowledge and commercial insights.
  • Oversee the development of role-based training matrices and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Lead the creation of online and in-person training sessions, focusing on knowledge retention and competency development.
  • Continuously assess and refine training programs to ensure they remain industry-leading.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A background in clinical product training, ideally with experience in medical devices or healthcare.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the end-to-end sales process.
  • A proven track record of building dynamic and engaging training programs.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passion for continuous learning and development.
