The working hours are from 9.30 to 17:30, Thursday to Monday for this full time role.

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in new homes sales, demonstrating a proven track record of success in the field. Strong communication, contract chasing and negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain relationships with potential buyers.

A deep understanding of the new homes market and the ability to provide exceptional customer service will set you apart in this role.
