You will sit within the SDR team but bring with you extensive marketing experience to truly drive the SDR's to success.
This is a challenging role and will allow require an SDR leader with experience in both management of Sales (SDR function aka Inside Sales) and leading transformational projects Marketing projects:
Leverage Account Based Marketing (ABM) technology for outbound efforts
Governance of SDR tech stack/tools such as Outreach, Zoominfo, Linked In Sales Navigator, etc
Follow-up and action on strategic marketing campaigns and events/tradeshows
5+ years expereince in a marketing leadership function
~Deep understanding of the sales and marketing functions and how they both join hands for successful outcomes
~ Has experience managing projects in many different stages and levels of ambiguity
~ Ability to thrive in ambiguity, complexity, and fast-paced environments working with many cross-functional stakeholders and can adjust to changing priorities with minimal supervision
