Hodder & Stoughton is a division of Hachette, one of the largest publishing groups in the UK, with 10 publishing divisions and over 60 imprints. As Studio Manager, you will have a comprehensive overview of the production and delivery of all Hodder & Stoughton's cover design work. You will oversee the workflow of our designers and freelancers to ensure covers are delivered on time and within budget. Acting as the go-to for queries, you will help to balance workloads, identify priorities and improve processes. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy across Design data, including schedules on Biblio, budgets and invoices.


You will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and you are very comfortable multi-tasking with strong organisational and project management skills. The ideal candidate will be a confident user of Excel and the Microsoft 365 suite, with some basic knowledge of design software.
