As Head of Advisory, you will lead a team of two pre-sales professionals (Advisors) and act as a strategic partner to our global sales organization. Define and execute the vision, strategy, and priorities for the Advisory (Pre-Sales) team in alignment with business objectives.
Lead, coach, and develop a multinational team of pre-sales professionals (currently two team members: one in Sweden and one in the UK), fostering collaboration and high performance.
Establish and continuously improve processes, tools, and best practices for pre-sales engagement.
Act as a strategic partner to Sales, supporting complex international opportunities with tailored solutions and proposals.
Advise on technical aspects such as integrations, APIs, data flows, and security considerations.
Provide strategic consulting on employee benefits programs to help customers design impactful solutions.
Support RFI/RFP responses and contribute to pricing and contract negotiations.
Track record of supporting complex enterprise sales cycles and influencing strategic decisions.
Strategic thinker with a consultative approach and strong commercial acumen.
Bonus Points For
Experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or advisory roles within SaaS or employee benefits technology.
Previous leadership experience in setting team strategy and driving performance.
