An award-winning British designer and manufacturer of packaging solutions providing innovative products to a variety of industries.

Main duties Working within the European territories, using your language skills (bilingual or trilingual in either German, French. Italian or Spanish) you will lead and manage key account managers, agents and distributors to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded ensuring customers are acquired and provided with outstanding service.

Direct management of key accounts and act at point of escalation if needed
- Develop sales strategies ensuring these are successfully executed
- Understand customer needs building strong relationships presenting products and services as needed
- Be in charge of direct sales for the European Territories
- Increase sales opportunities through proposals and presentations
- Liaise with internal departments and teams to ensuring effective and efficient sales, marketing, service and credit is upheld
- Provide detailed sales forecasting and reports to management
- Ensure policies , terms and conditions are adhered to
- be responsible for the selection, developing and training team members ensuring regular reviews and feedback are held

Fluent in one or more languages: German, French, Italian or Spanish essential
- Background in the food or packaging sector required
- Experience in Sales working either as a Sales Executive or Sales Manager needed
- Proven track record of increasing sales and exceeding targets
- The salary: between £60,000 and £80,000 depending on experience plus car allowance and bonus
