End of Defects Co-ordinator £30,161 - £33,512 per annum (depending on experience) Home based with (occasional travel to offices and other locations as required) Permanent 35 Hours per week Join our team as an End of Defects Co-ordinator We're looking for a dedicated and highly organised End of Defects Co-ordinator to join our Quality and Post Construction team. This exciting new role offers the chance to shape processes and help deliver an outstanding customer experience for our new-build homes . As our End of Defects Co-ordinator , you will act as the main point of contact for all Handover and End of Defects matters on new-build homes. You'll provide a high-quality customer care service, resolving defects while supporting the collection and analysis of defect performance data, reporting on trends, and assisting with the effective handling of customer complaints. You'll work closely with colleagues, contractors, and customers to ensure defects are resolved efficiently and professionally, providing a smooth transition from handover to completion. This is a collaborative role with opportunities to make it your own, develop your skills and contribute to innovative solutions to make a difference.
