Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Protocol Education are working alongside a Wiltshire based Secondary School to appoint Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for its dedicated Curriculum Support Team.

The school has a strong reputation in the local community and beyond, built on an unswerving focus on the quality of teaching and learning and great pastoral care. The school is Ranked in the top 10 secondary schools in Wiltshire.
The school is easily accessible from Wiltshire, Bath, NE Somerset, Bristol, Swindon and Salisbury.
The successful candidate will be able to plan and deliver effective learning activities as well as assess, record and report on pupils' progress.
Has at least grade C in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent;
Has a passion for delivering high quality and exciting opportunities for children and supporting them in their development;
Can work closely with colleagues to enhance the learning opportunities of students, to positively impact student progress and outcomes.
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work with a variety of pupils, staff and parents;
Is a strong team player, good at building relationships;
Has a confident, resilient and flexible attitude;
Has experience of working in a secondary school environment (desirable).
