Built by a merry team of 40+ based all over the UK, OneUp is a sales productivity platform built to make sales and recruitment teams amazing. With a recent funding round of £2.25m injected into the business, we’ve been doubling our team size and are looking for self-starting , ambitious and driven salespeople to join us on the next stage of our journey to revolutionise sales.

Our belief is that whilst a lot of tech has been focusing on the external aspects of sales (conversation intelligence, cadence/outreach etc.), there’s a key piece of the puzzle missing in focusing on the internal – helping to motivate, inspire and drive salespeople to achieve their goals by understanding and harnessing their data.

The Role

We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our team of 3 other SDRs booking in demos with multi-channel engagement primarily targeting the Recruitment space, working closely with the SDR Manager and VP of Sales . You'll have a hunger and drive to smash sales targets with a proven track record of hitting your numbers, be full of drive and ambition to accelerate your career and learn modern ways of selling, and have tenacity and resilience understanding that failure is just part of the journey to success (we don’t expect perfect, we want individuals who want to develop and learn).

Your Responsibilities ✅

● Hit your numbers by owning your demo and SAL (Sales Accepted Lead) targets
● Engage multi-channel (phone, email, LinkedIn, video etc.) to drive and capture interest converting to demos and qualified opportunities
● Develop yourself to the top of your game by learning the latest in sales methodologies being taught in the team and taking on frequent coaching
● Be a company and brand advocate
● Collaborate with Customer Success and Product as you receive feedback from prospects

What You Need to Have

For the role itself, we're looking for:

● Preferably 1+ years’ experience as an SDR in SaaS OR 2+ years in recruitment (that said, we are open to candidates without the above experience if they demonstrate the right potential)
● Consistent track record of achieving targets
● High energy & charisma
● Desire to overachieve and a hunger to learn
