Client & Property Management Accounts Manager - South West London
Client & Property Management Accounts Manager - South West London
Our client is a well known and highly regarded Estate Agency with offices in all major postcodes across London. They are currently recruiting for someone to join their client accounts department in a senior capacity and add value to the team from day one.
Assist in review and payment of rental funds to Landlords, Telephone and written queries arising from Landlords and Tenants, Review and processing of new move in files
Processing of renewal and re-let accounts
Client monies banking and client monies receipting (bank and credit card monies) and reconciliations of all client funds
Assisting with client deposit monies protection, notification to utility companies and local council authorities for changes of liabilities
Experience in property anda proven 2 yearsexperience in client accountingin the Estate Agency industry
Proven knowledge of latest Estate Agency regulations and best practices
Excellent organisational skills in a busy client accounting environment
