Financial Controller – UKMEAC #128205; Based in Kendal, with flexible working options #Full time | Permanent We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance professional to join our Eastern Hemisphere finance team, supporting operations across the UKAC and Middle East regions . This is a key leading position responsible for financial integrity, compliance, and performance across two major regions. You will work closely with the Finance Director for the Eastern Hemisphere , collaborating with operational leaders in Engineering, Manufacturing, Workforce Management, Commercial, Information Technology, and Human Resources. This is an excellent opportunity to play an important role in shaping TEAM’s strategic financial direction and growth. Communicate senior leadership policies and strategies to internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner Collaborate with profit and loss owners to develop cost effective financial plans that support business objectives Financial Oversight and Analysis Analyse and review corporate accounting and finance performance against budgets and forecasts Provide financial analysis and oversight for ad hoc transactions, management requests, and potential business opportunities, ensuring alignment with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Ensure compliance with local and United States statutory requirements Deliver accurate monthly management accounts within required deadlines Oversee Sarbanes Oxley compliance for financial reporting and record keeping Manage timely and accurate internal and external tax compliance and reporting Provide day to day leadership and guidance to finance functions including payroll, procurement, accounts receivable, and credit control Treasury and Accounts Payable Oversee treasury activities across the United Kingdom and Middle East regions Manage the day to day operations of the accounts payable function Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification. #Proven financial leadership experience within multi region operations #Strong enterprise resource planning and analytical skills #Knowledge of United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Sarbanes Oxley compliance
