Wentworth James Group are assisting a long standing client assisting them in their search for an experienced Commercial Plumber to work on a mobile basis covering Kent and surrounding areas.

ROLE: Commercial Plumber

You will be carrying out mainly PPM and Reactive maintenance plumbing work within a range of commercial environments including football stadiums, Leisure facilities, Commercial office space and retail outlets. You would of ideally worked as a commercial plumber for 2 years and be able to hit the ground running.

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial buildings, to relevant codes.

- Read and interpret drawings, and other specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.

- Generate accurate quotes for additional works, considering labour, materials, and other resources.

- Proven experience as a commercial plumber.

- Sound knowledge of general building services, commercial heating, cooling, domestic water plant and equipment, including the ability to identify such equipment in a plant room setting.

- Strong understanding of building services and systems.

- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

- Capable of generating and presenting detailed quotes for potential additional works.
