We are looking for a driven, dynamic and experienced Office Manager (construction experience preferred) to ensure the seamless operation of our Morpeth Office.

This is a pivotal role within Northern Construction Services and you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative and office functions. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office activities, collaborating and communicating with clients, multi-site managers and suppliers.

Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining our office's productivity and effectiveness.

Oversee daily administrative operations, including processing and filing construction project documentation such as contracts, permits, and purchase orders.
Manage financial aspects of the main office, including budgeting, payroll, invoicing clients, and tracking project expenses against budgets.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation and compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Facilitate communication between the site managers and external parties, such as clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, to ensure project requirements are met.
Organize and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes for project planning sessions, stakeholder updates, and team briefings.
Develop and oversee a document management system for efficient storage, retrieval, and disposal of construction project records and correspondence.

Minimum of 2 years Office Management experience
Proven administration skills
