We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Front Office Supervisor in the brand new Maldron Hotel Brighton.
We're seeking a skilled Front Office Supervisor to join our collaborative team and elevate the guest experience in the brand-new 225-bedroom 4-Star Maldron Hotel, nestled in the bustling heart of Brighton. In your role, you will oversee the daily operations of the front office, enabling and ensuring a seamless check-in and out experience for guests, managing guest inquiries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the Front Office Supervisor will assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Front Office Department ensuring guest's requests are met at all times and revenue is maximised.
Assist in achieving goals in relation to mystery audits, customer comment index, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
Assist in efficiently and effectively controlling front office departmental operations.
