Entry level Fashion Graduate Assistant Account Manager

So, are you looking for an entry level role into the fashion industry to help support a trend led ladieswear Head Office
Based in Guildford, they are looking for an Assistant Account Manager to support a team of Account Managers in administrative and ad-hoc tasks. You will need to be highly organised, manage samples, get costings and help prepare for customer meetings with high profile retailers.
This role will provide experience and insight into how a well-established and renowned fashion head office works from development through to production and we are looking for someone who is eager to learn
They growing globally and offer a fantastic working environment that can provide professional development.
Managing samples in the office, ensure it's kept in order and easy to find samples for meetings.
Help prepare the showroom for customer meetings.
Work closely with Account Manager’s and Designers on the production schedule.
Supporting the Account Manager’s working through cost prices for design team.
Monitoring and recording customer sample returns.
Enthusiastic and keen to learn with an interest in the fashion industry.
Administration experience.
IT literate, proficient in all Microsoft packages including excel
A degree in fashion would be advantageous but not necessary.
Keen to talk to Buyers Admin Assistant's and Assistant Buyers and Account Managers or Fashion Graduates.
You must have the right to live and work in the UK to apply for this role and be a recent fashion graduate or looking for your 2nd role in a fashion head office with a fashion related degree in design, buying & merchandising or textiles.
