As a key player in this dynamic team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional IT support to end-users, ensuring swift issue resolution while maintaining meticulous documentation of requests and updates.

Dive into the action by providing prompt and efficient IT support to end-users, resolving issues with finesse.
Field requests via phone, email, and ticketing system, ensuring they're handled within SLAs for maximum satisfaction.
Take charge of the corporate IT landscape, from workstations to servers, applications, and more.
Flex your tech muscles by installing, upgrading, and configuring software and hardware with flair.
Be a team player by attending meetings, sticking to company policies, and joining forces with other IT wizards.
Embrace the power of RMM tools for seamless monitoring and administration, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Take ownership of the joiners/movers/leavers process and foster collaboration with other IT superheroes.
Harness your expertise with a minimum of 3 years' experience in 2nd Line Support, ready to tackle any challenge.
Show off your prowess with desktop/server systems, O365, SaaS, and MDM, proving you're a tech whiz.
Navigate the world of Active Directory, Exchange, and basic networking with confidence.
