Exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded legal 500 ranked National law firm that provides exceptional legal services to a diverse clientele. This position is available at their office in the York.

Commercial Property – Solicitor/ Senior Solicitor – Salary up to £80,000(Depending on Experience)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable, modern, and dynamic law firm that is on the verge of expansion, with plans to strengthen its office network by growing its commercial property team in York.

The firm has built an outstanding reputation across Northern England for its exceptional client service and high-quality work in both the commercial and private sectors. As it expands, the firm is seeking to hire an additional Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (10-15 years PQE) to join the existing Commercial Property team.

A Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 10-15 years PQE
Experienced in managing commercial property transactions, including sales, acquisitions, leasing, landlord-tenant relationships, financing, and residential conveyancing activities
Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
Competitive basic salary offered up to £80,000 per annum
