The have offices in various countries but this role is based in the West Sussex Head Office.
This Head of Sales role is an incredible opportunity to make a real difference within this organisation who are bettering the lives of animals across the globe. The aim of this role is to continuously seek improvements in all areas of business development with a responsibility for management of the UK and European sales teams.

As Head of Sales you will be responsible for:
* Defining an executing the European sales strategy to meet objectives set out in the company’s business plan.
* Sales plans, through the direct management of the sales teams.
* Leading sales and client-relationship management, tracking new markets and emerging trends capitalising on new product development opportunities and steering new product design development.
* Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers.
* Setting and delivering annual sales budgets.
* Leading the development of the global business CRM systems.
* Financial management awareness.
* Experience in inputting processes and sales strategies.
* Experience in managing dynamic and complex Key Accounts.
* That they have the capacity to undertake international travel as required.
* Experience within the Pet/Vet industry would be advantageous, but not essential.
* A very high level of commercial acumen.
