What you’ll do
Working within an agile delivery team, your role as Tech Lead will involve providing technical leadership, participating in product design discussions, drive technical design, ensure best in class development processes are followed whilst ensuring maintenance of our environments is a priority.
We would like you to be customer obsessed in your approach to quality and delivery.
Responsibilities will involve:
- our product and Software Development Managers in prioritisation, scoping, and helping to lead the delivery of product features in our exciting world of Future State Architecture.
- be part of our development team helping to enhance scalability, performance, maintainability, configurability, and usability.
- be responsible for helping to support, mentor, and coach other members of the team.
- will be involved in the entire life cycle of features, including idea creation, deployment, and longer-term updates and enhancements.
- full autonomy to work on a wide variety of different challenges across the product and codebase.

We're looking for a Tech Lead who has good working knowledge and experience of React Native. We’d also like you to have experience of leading Developers for at least a year.
You’ll have experience liaising with stakeholders in areas such as Product, UX, DevOps, Architecture and more.
We’re looking for you to have the ability to translate difficult business requirements into software designs your team can understand and implement.

Technical Skillset:
- Native experience.
- testing experience
- control with Git
- of APIs (Restful APIs, OpenAPI specs.
- technology experience (Docker, docker-compose.
- with one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google.
- experience
- with messaging technology (RabbitMQ, ServiceBus.
Additionally, the following skill areas would be advantageous:
- of EPOS systems/hospitality industry.
- mobile development (iOS, Android)
- working within Agile/scrum environments.
- of TFS/Azure DevOps.
