This includes assisting with the coordination of research consultancy work, supporting the management of a cross-industry panel of safety and health experts, as well as collating and delivering insight reports. This is a varied position with co-ordination being a key focus of the role, whether this is coordinating the mapping and knowledge building against thought leadership topics or facilitating the collation and processing of future research ideas.
Knowledge in the occupational safety and health field or a relatable field is desirable but not essential.
Experience shaping, undertaking, and/or managing research projects and sharing knowledge is essential to the role and prior project management experience is a must.
To succeed in this role you will also have proven experience in producing and delivering outputs to non-academic audiences.
The successful candidate must be educated to degree or level 6 (diploma) level and a postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
Numerate, can use statistical techniques and able to present data in different forms.
Advanced skill in the use of Microsoft Office suite
Experience of producing and delivering outputs to non-academic audiences
Experience of project management
A postgraduate qualification would be advantageous.
