Salesforce Business Analyst

Flexible location - with International Travel

Our client is a leading provider of engineering services with a strong international presence. We are committed to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our global clients.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Liaison to join their international team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce-related matters, ensuring seamless integration and optimal use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- **Act as Liaison:** Bridge communication between business and IT teams.

- **Collaboration:** Partner with global teams on major Salesforce changes.

- **Support:** Assist international teams with Salesforce inquiries and troubleshooting.

- **Training:** Conduct user training sessions.

- **Analytics:** Provide insights from Salesforce data to inform decisions.

- **Development:** Communicate business needs for system enhancements.

- **Scrum Participation:** Join regular Scrum calls for project updates.

- **Release Cycle Assistance:** Support bi-weekly updates.

- **Update Communication:** Inform global teams of system changes.

- **Data Integrity:** Ensure accuracy and security of Salesforce data.

Qualifications

- Commercial mindset and strong communication skills.

- Ability to manage external advisors and multiple tasks.

- Excellent project management and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to build relationships with international teams.

- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with Hyperion is a plus.

- Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages (Dutch, German, French) are beneficial.
