Seeking an expert Interim Quality Manager to Drive Excellence in a Tier 1 Automotive Business

~ Day rate of £400 to £600.
~6-month fixed term period with potential for extension.
~ Champion Quality: Uphold the relentless commitment to quality, ensuring each product surpasses high standards.
Lead the charge in addressing quality concerns ensuring effective resolution.
Translate customer insights into actionable quality enhancements, embodying a culture of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
KPIs: Monitor progress with insightful KPI analysis, guiding the journey towards operational excellence.
Guide the quality team with your expertise, maintaining results through operational challenges.
Conduct meticulous internal audits and supervise comprehensive external ones, safeguarding QA standards.
NPI/NML: Be instrumental in the flawless launch of new products, raising the bar for quality and innovation.
Quality Systems: Oversee and refine the IATF/16949 quality management systems, ensuring they are second to none.
Previous experience as an interim quality manager, contract quality manager, consultant quality manager or permanent quality manager looking for their first interim position.
Automotive manufacturing experience, either Tier 1 or OEM.
Familiarity with automotive quality tools and techniques such as APQP, PPAP, 8D, RCA, etc.
A day rate of £400-£600 (dependent on experience).
The interim quality manager position would be suitable for a contract quality manager, interim quality manager, or consultant quality manager with automotive experience.
