Tonbridge is a beautiful classic British village on the river Medway. This idyllic town has a classic rail station and the well-known Tonbridge castle. The pub itself is situated opposite the railway station, meaning the pub benefits from its footfall, and has established daytime trade. The High Street is just up from the pub and is where you will find a collection of bars and restaurants. The Station House is a must visit for late-night trade.

The ideal Operator is someone who can deliver this business in several ways while always ensuring its success. The Operator will be passionate about creating a warm and friendly atmosphere that is felt throughout the pub, regardless of its large trading size. They will continue to build the daytime customer base keeping the pub at the heart of the community. They will also be passionate about entertainment and late-night trade. With a 2am license on weekends, the operator would come up with fun ways to keep people coming back to the Station House time after time.

The private accommodation consists of 3 bedrooms.
