Are you ready to play a pivotal role in one of the UK’s leading insurance companies? Join the Change the Business team as an IT Change Analyst and drive innovation and adaptability across the organisation.

As an IT Change Analyst, you’ll ensure seamless integration of IT and business-driven changes while fostering a culture of adaptability. Reporting to the IT Change Manager, you’ll operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enabling the organisation to thrive through growth and innovation.

Change Management : Develop and implement strategies to ensure smooth project transitions while minimising disruption and maximising benefits.
Stakeholder Engagement : Act as the bridge between IT and business units, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
Craft clear communication plans and maintain project documentation to ensure stakeholders are well-informed.
Training and Education : Identify training needs, create programs, and evaluate their effectiveness to prepare end-users for new systems and processes.
Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in change management , particularly within IT projects in a corporate environment.
Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities within complex projects.
Proficiency in using change management software and tools .

Ability to handle fast-paced, project-focused environments.
Proven ability to support organisational growth and innovation through effective change implementation.
