We’re looking to talk to procurement specialists who will be joining a small function as the Procurement & Supplier Oversight Manager. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, this is a new role within the business and will be part of the growing Edinburgh office. This is a relatively new area for the business, meaning you will have real scope and autonomy to deliver a more structured process across supplier negotiations and on-boarding, due diligence, and delivery of supplier relationships that will benefit the business. Based on a hybrid basis from a lovely Edinburgh city centre office (3 days on-site / 2 home), you’ll be joining the business at an exciting time in their development. We're Looking For... Extensive experience as a Procurement/Supplier Manager in a regulated environment Proven track record of successful commercial negotiations Excellent analytical and problem solving skills A risk focussed approach to working with suppliers Great regulatory knowledge Due diligence experience would be a bonus here too Accessible to Edinburgh office for hybrid working You will be.... Happy to operate in a hands-on environment as part of a small team Procuring suppliers and taking a lead on negotiating commercials as well as managing relationships Manage all supplier related issues that arise Supporting in the oversight monitoring of the wider business Administering contracts on Agiloft and risk assessments Identifying cost savings across the business Helping to embed a TPRM framework into the business The Good Stuff...
