Reporting to the Head of Procurement, this is a new role within the business and will be part of the growing Edinburgh office. This is a relatively new area for the business, meaning you will have real scope and autonomy to deliver a more structured process across supplier negotiations and on-boarding, due diligence, and delivery of supplier relationships that will benefit the business.Based on a hybrid basis from a lovely Edinburgh city centre office (3 days on-site / 2 home), you’ll be joining the business at an exciting time in their development.We're Looking For...Extensive experience as a Procurement/Supplier Manager in a regulated environmentProven track record of successful commercial negotiationsExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsA risk focussed approach to working with suppliersGreat regulatory knowledgeDue diligence experience would be a bonus here tooAccessible to Edinburgh office for hybrid workingYou will be....Happy to operate in a hands-on environment as part of a small team Procuring suppliers and taking a lead on negotiating commercials as well as managing relationshipsManage all supplier related issues that ariseSupporting in the oversight monitoring of the wider businessAdministering contracts on Agiloft and risk assessmentsIdentifying cost savings across the businessHelping to embed a TPRM framework into the businessThe Good Stuff...Excellent salary on offerDiscretionary bonus potentialHybrid working from Edinburgh (3/2)Holidays with option to buy or sell up to a maximum of 35 days and minimum of 25 daysPension of 9-15%Fantastic range of additional benefits including private medical insurance, dental insurance, 2-for-1 dining, employee assistance programme plus much moreDoes this sound like you?
