We are seeking a talented Digital Account Manager for our client, a growing eCommerce and digital marketing agency based in Staffordshire. Our client boasts an impressive portfolio of clients, ranging from well-known brands to niche market leaders. As trusted partners of Magento/Adobe Commerce and Shopify, they specialise in providing design, development, and ongoing technical support services to ensure the success of their clients' eCommerce endeavours.
In addition to their design and development expertise, they offer post-launch digital marketing services aimed at driving visibility, sales, and profitability. Following a successful 2022, they are now expanding their team and seeking a skilled Digital Account Manager to join them on their journey.
The Role:
As a Digital Account Manager, you will be a crucial point of contact for clients, managing ongoing work and ensuring excellent communication throughout the process. Working closely with design, development, and digital marketing teams, you will integrate their expertise into client accounts as needed. Effective communication skills are essential, whether through email, ticket systems, online meetings, or face-to-face interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining professional communication at all times.
- Lead productive planning and strategy sessions with clients.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations based on digital marketing expertise.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, instilling confidence in our services.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of eCommerce tools, technologies, and strategies to enhance client accounts.
- Plan and strategize service delivery for client accounts.
- Efficiently manage tasks and maintain regular communication with clients and colleagues.
- Ensure timely delivery of client work within agreed budgets.
- Generate monthly activity reports for clients and provide regular updates to the management team.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an agency environment (1 year or more).
- Strong understanding of eCommerce principles.
- Experience with Magento and/or Shopify platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, particularly Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging between £30,000 to £40,000, depending on experience.
