Solar PV Field Team Manager Here at Ardour, we are privileged enough to work with one of the biggest and most established SMART, EV, ASHP & Solar installation companies in the country. You will be responsible in ensuring industry compliance regarding all matters relating to Solar PV. Are you able to manage multiple activities, customer focused, have energy experience in metering/smart/new connections? Then apply today Must Haves: In order to qualify for this role there are some must haves in which we need to see in your experience;

  • You must have some sort of Electrical knowledge or Solar PV knowledge.
  • You must have some experience of managing field based Electricians
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Excellent Customer Service skills & experience
What will you do:
  • You will be tasked to support the field-based Operations managers
  • You will be managing a team of circa 12 Electricians on a day-to-day basis
  • You will be required to be a technical sounding board to your team
  • You will carry out any technical audits, 1-2-1’s and investigations with your team
