Infinigate Global Services are pleased to offer a fantastic growth opportunity for a confident administrator to join us as a ‘Contracts Specialist’ for an initial fixed-term period of 6 months. This role can be fully remote with the option of attending our offices to enjoy the wider team culture that Infinigate offers based in South Cerney, Woking or London.
Working with our success- oriented Service Delivery Team, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day administrative aspects of the Infinigate Support service and the Infinigate ITSM Tool, the web-based tool that provides a service delivery platform to both internal and external customers.

Maintain and update contract and contact data in the support portal and liaise with vendors to ensure their data is likewise updated if necessary
• Assist the Service Desk teams with contract and contact queries
• Adhere to company policy and work in line with the company quality management system at all times.

Experience of using Microsoft Office suite of applications, such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable dealing with customer queries by phone
• 25 days annual leave rising to 28 days with length of service plus bank holidays. (Day off on your birthday.
