Our client, the sole service provider to the UK’s leading pharma & Biotech company are seeking two Asset Reliability Engineers to continue driving “best in class” service across site. This is a great opportunity to thrive in a company who really do put people first.
As the Asset Reliability Engineer your typical duties & responsibilities will include the following:
Implement problem-solving techniques to investigate root-causes, analyse and implement corrective action & preventative actions, you will produce technical reports with the ability to provide simplicity to complex engineering issues whilst completing technical/quality assessments to understand the impact of change.
You will take an active role in the management of engineering related services within your specific business function. You will be responsible for the development and deployment of techniques and tools to increase asset availability and will also manage all aspects of technical delivery and asset lifecycle management in complex engineering environments.
Key responsibilities:
- Asset Reliability and Lifecycle Management.
- Deviation Management.
- Change Control Management.
- Audit Preparedness.
- Commissioning checks to ensure the standard of change meets expectation.
- Develop and manage operational improvements.
- To ensure Operational availability of critical plant equipment/systems.
In order to be considered for this position you will need to have the following experience:
- You will be a fully qualified mechanical bias engineer who has experience of working in a GMP environment. Electrical Engineers will also be considered.
- A proactive approach to all things maintenance and root cause is a must.
- Facilities/ Building services experience.
- Building management systems/ HVAC experience is highly desirable.
- Lean/ 5S
- Experience of working in a similar role around Asset Reliability and Lifecycle Management is preferred.
