The role is based at our headquarters in Capenhurst, Chester (CH1 6ES) with hybrid working arrangements with some international travel expected.

As the MD of Asset Management, you will assume a pivotal leadership role with P&L accountability and operational oversight. Shape and implement the vision and strategy for the Asset Management division ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Drive revenue growth and profitability through targeted business development initiatives, particularly within the industrial and utility markets.
Reporting to the CEO : You will operate with a high level of autonomy, directly contributing to the strategic direction of the company at an executive level.

Executive Leadership : Senior-level experience within the industrial or utilities sectors (ideally in asset management) with a proven track record of driving growth and operational improvements.
Commercial Expertise : Strong commercial acumen including experience in a PE-backed environment with an ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
