TechOhana has collaborated with a well-established automotive business that is searching for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their Salesforce COE and drive its optimisation to deliver exceptional user experiences.
As a key player in optimising their Salesforce platform, you'll have the chance to shape the organisation's future, significantly impacting customer experiences and overall efficiency. Lead the administration, configuration, and customization of multiple Salesforce instances to meet business needs.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and translating them into effective Salesforce solutions.
Oversee data management, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and security through data migration, integration, and cleansing processes.
Act as the go-to person for all Salesforce-related queries, providing expert guidance and support to users across the organization.
3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, handling complex projects and Salesforce instances.
~ Salesforce Administrator Certification and additional Salesforce certifications would be a plus.
~ Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management best practices.
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to devise creative solutions.
~ A passion for innovation and a drive to stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce trends and developments.
