Sr. D365 Project Manager - F&O
Job Description:

Your Role:

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee large-scale D365 projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Delivering projects according to KPIs
- Ensuring quality delivery aligns with customer expectations and project objectives
- Understanding and defining the scope of each project
- Managing changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Proactively aligning resources with project demands
- Developing detailed project plans and tracking progress
- Ensuring accurate time and cost estimates
- Managing project budgets
- Handling risks and issues (RAID logs)
- Monitoring progress and reporting through agreed channels
- Escalating risks to management as needed
- Participating in pre-sales engagements and creating sales proposals
- Providing proactive solutions to problems

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Extensive experience in a similar role, focusing on D365 projects
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of PMP / PRINCE II (certification desirable)
- Experience with Waterfall / Agile Methodologies
