The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring effective communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors, and maintaining the highest level of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of properties ensuring high standards of maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with regulations. Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment works Proactively address tenant issues and requests in a timely and professional manner. Conduct property inspections and oversee move-ins and move-outs, ensuring properties are in good condition. Handle lease agreements, rent collection, and arrears management. Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to properties, tenants, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to enhance property performance and client satisfaction. Achieve and exceed set targets and goals for property management and commission earnings. Requirements: Proven experience in property management or a similar role within the real estate industry. Strong understanding of property management regulations and practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Ability to work effectively within a team and independently. Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle would be advantageous. Benefits: Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum. Commission structure offering OTE of £32,000 with potential to earn an additional £2,000 per year from contractor commission pot and refurbishment works. 9-day fortnight rota allowing for a 4-day and 5-day fortnight within the office, with every other Saturday required but offering a day off each Thursday. 22 days annual leave plus birthday off, increasing to 25 days plus birthday after 3 years. Working hours: Monday to Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm, Saturday 9 am – 5 pm. Start date: Availability to start from 22nd January.
