Case Investigator / Administrator for a Public Sector Organisation, 6-Month Contract with Competitive Rate Your new company Located in Edinburgh City Centre, this public sector organisation is an independent regulator within the healthcare sector, supporting the wellbeing and work of professionals across the country. They are seeking an experienced investigator to join their busy and fast-paced team. Your new role You'll be responsible for the following tasks: • Plan, manage and prioritise your own investigation caseload to meet your department objectives and key performance indicators. • Identify the relevant regulatory concerns and appropriate investigative steps. • Efficient record keeping, ensuring that case files contain all relevant information relating to the case, are kept up to date and are accurate. • Conduct witness interviews and draft witness statements to a high standard. • Investigate and progress cases within set timeframes. • Providing people centred, empathetic and helpful customer service to all stakeholders you communicate with.
