We are a brand new supported living service seeking a highly skilled, motivated and enthusiastic CQC Registered Manager to join us as we embark upon this new and exciting journey. This is a unique opportunity and if you are up for the challenge in the growth,

development and shaping of a new service then this position is for you Limetree Care Services are based in North London and will be working alongside adults in the community that require support with their Mental health, Learning disabilities and Substance misuse. The Registered manager will be required to register with the CQC and be able to demonstrate to CQC their experience and expertise to carry out the role and that they have the right qualifications and knowledge too. Job Overview: As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of care for our residents, ensuring their well-being and safety. This is a leadership role that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities,

and a passion for providing high-quality care. As a new service the Registered Manager will also be responsible building and developing new relationships with Local authorities, NHS trusts as part of the development of our services, obtaining new referrals and sharing information about our organisation. Duties and Responsibilities: - You will thrive to deliver the highest standards of care, service and staff support across all aspects of the service. - Be able to identify service development opportunities, networks and strengthen the brand. - Manage rotas, ensuring compliance through internal and external processes. Ensuring the service is appropriately resourced with the right number of qualified, skilled and experienced staff. Ensuring the office is resourced during office hours and ensure

the provision of an effective out of hours on-call service. - Mentoring staff and realising any potential training/coaching opportunities thus nurturing the talent in fellow team members. - Ensuring staff compliance with company policies and CQC regulations are adhered to at all times. - Leading a team of support workers to enable service users to lead as fulfilling and satisfying a life as they can. - Acting as a role model for staff, encouraging them to have a positive, open and thriving culture with a passion to understand the individuals being supported. - Participating in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans and activities. - Delivering staff supervision, appraisals and performance management. - Acting as a lead when dealing with matters related to safeguarding and providing support and advice to staff and service users. - Ensuring the service meets, and exceeds, the requirements of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2010 and the Care Quality Commission guidance 'Essential Standards of Quality & Safety’. - Ensuring the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment, person centred planning and regular outcome focussed review of services. - Ensuring compliance with Limetree Care Services Development & Training and Supervision Policies. - Responding to screening and undertaking assessments for all new referrals in line with contractual and organisational timescales. - Maintain ensure good communication and links with all stakeholders with regard to the provision of services including commissioners, service users, relatives, social work teams etc. - To grow and develop services through increasing delivered hours and maximising referral opportunities. - To produce monthly management reports and attend Senior Management Team and Board Meetings. - To manage a large staff team both involved in the management and direct provision of the service. - To ensure that there is a co-ordinated and consistent approach to service provision that is cost effective and efficient making the best use of allocated resources. - To identify recruitment needs and develop plans to ensure the service is appropriately resourced with capacity for grow - To be routinely involved in a range of human resources/staff management duties including: Workforce Planning to agreed KPIs, Recruitment and selection, Training, Supervision, Appraisal, Disciplinary/Capability procedures, Absence Management. - To ensure that processes and procedures are in place to meet the various organisational and staff requirements with regard to human resources issues. - To establish and maintain effective two way communication to ensure that all staff are aw are of and can contribute to operational and strategic developments e.g. staff forums. - To ensure that all staff are familiar with and work in line with Limetree Care Services policies and procedures - To implement and maintain an effective quality assurance programme to promote high quality, best practice and continuous improvement of services in line with Limetree Care Services Quality Assurance Policies. - To deliver services effectively and efficiently and have clear monitoring procedures and processes in place to ensure standards are continually met. - To ensure good and safe practice in all activities relating to service user care by putting systems in place to guide, monitor and evaluate care and services provided. - To resolve all complaints in accordance with Limetree Care Services Complaints & Compliments Policy. - To evaluate services through regular review, annual service user questionnaires, analysis of complaints & compliments etc. - To implement Limetree Care Services Care Governance Framework to continuously improve services, care and support. - To proactively manage delegated budgets ensuring efficient use of resources. - To develop operational controls in partnership with the senior management team to ensure a commitment to cost effectiveness and value for money. - Be part of the out of hours On Call team. Participating in on-call duties as required.
