My client are a specialist design and build fit out contractor delivering predominantly office fit out and refurbishment projects throughout the UK. Due to sustained growth resulting in the business producing £30m turnover, they're recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. You'll be working in a team alongside 5 other Quantity Surveyors on CAT A&B fit out projects. The role: Your duties will include: Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget. Reviewing project costs for accuracy and addressing any discrepancies. Evaluating, pricing, negotiating, and finalising budgets and costs for project scope changes. Developing and maintaining procurement schedules. Preparing bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing projects. And managing subcontract procurement, agreement, payment, and award.
