In this role you have complete ownership of the existing warehouse site, leading a team of warehouse and despatch managers and supervisors. Accountable for the successful leadership and operational effectiveness for the entire warehouse, responsible for delivering customer excellence, ensuring safety and building a culture of continuous improvement
Scope and Identify improvement initiatives within the team and operation, leading projects across the warehouse & dispatch
Continuously review operational performance and procedures, across service, cost, people and process

2-3 years' experience within parcel/ecommerce/warehouse/logistics environment would be highly beneficial Flexible and adaptable, able to handle multiple priorities
