Olympus are recruiting for a Territory Manager who will be responsible for the direct sales and promotion of the Olympus service contract portfolio on the territory ( Manchester)

This post is responsible for driving Service Contract sales growth in the Olympus Medical Service Business Unit in line with the financial & strategic targets for the territory. Responsible for selling the benefits and value of Olympus Service Contract portfolio to healthcare providers through the cultivation of customer relationships and understanding of their needs.

Management of Sales Opportunities

Using advanced selling techniques and excellent business acumen to negotiate Service Contract deals in a highly competitive environment.
Use accurate & up to date Healthcare market intelligence & customer knowledge to tailor solutions & proposals according to Customer strategic priorities.


Managing the Service business within your territory in line with company targets including accurate forecasting of sales opportunities
Develop and deliver customer sales presentations in conjunction with customer requirements and communicate Olympus solutions & value propositions.
Strategically manage customer relationships & sales activities including the use of CRM to effectively manage the business on Territory.
Co-ordinating sales activity across the customer stakeholder group (incl. Clinical areas) to ensure they objectively understand the full value proposition through data and insights into their service provision.
Ambassador for the Service Business Unit internally & Olympus externally

Experience within a field sales environment, ideally within the healthcare industry or service solution-based sales sector covering multi stakeholder deals & value-based selling.
Highly skilled in organizing and planning multiple demands & priorities.
Focussed personal continuous improvement & development.
