We're seeking a talented 3D Game Artist to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for creating lifelike art and love seeing your work come to life in games, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:
Creating game-ready characters and assets for both playable and non-playable characters: highly detailed and photorealistic, including heads, hair, and clothing ‍
Ensuring that characters are of the highest quality and follow proper industry standards, including efficient topology and UVs ✔️
Following the project’s artistic direction set by the Art Lead
Collaborating with other departments such as Animation/Rigging and Game Design to ensure characters fit within the title's vision
Prioritizing and managing day-to-day tasks to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and with production constraints ⏱️

Essential Skills and Experience:
Experience using DCC software such as Maya, ZBrush, Marvelous Designer, etc.
Understanding of the human form/anatomy and a strong sense of 3D space ‍♂️
Independently responsible for the complete model production (high-poly, low-poly) of characters and some scenes, UV decomposition, texture drawing, rendering, 3D lighting application, and the use of various rendering plug-ins ️
Understanding of PBR workflows and experience in texturing software such as Substance Painter
Good understanding of workflows related to 3D art asset production ️
Strong visual and technical skills in sculpting, retopology, and texturing, and creating game-ready characters ‍♂️
A portfolio showcasing a variety of character/humanoid artwork, including organic and hard surfaces
Clear understanding of Unreal Engine features: environment creation, lighting, and effects

Additional Skills Preferred:
Rigging
Rendering ️
Understanding of 3D character animation
