We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Senior 3D Artist (Generalist) to join our talented Space Catch team in Pixelfield. If you have a passion for creating captivating 3D content and enjoy mentoring others, this role could be the perfect fit for you

**Responsibilities**:
As a Senior 3D Artist on our team, your key duties will include:

- **Modeling**: Creating a wide variety of alien creatures, from humanoid forms to elaborate monsters, as well as designing a range of unique weapons.
- **Rigging and Animating**: Developing rigging setups and animations to bring your creations to life within our game environment.
- **Mentorship**: Providing guidance and mentorship to other 3D artists, helping them improve their skills and ensuring the quality of their work.
- **Collaboration**: Working closely with the Art Director and other team members to align artistic vision and project goals.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should have:

- **Exceptional Modeling and Sculpting Skills**: Demonstrated proficiency in creating high-quality models suitable for mobile gaming.
- **Software Expertise**: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Maya, Blender, and/or 3ds Max.
- **Rigging and Animation Knowledge**: A solid grasp of rigging techniques and animation principles.
- **Experience in Mobile Game Development**: Proven experience working on mobile game projects.
- **Impressive Portfolio**: A strong portfolio and/or showreel showcasing your best work and technical skills.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to mentor and lead other artists, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

**Location**:

- This position is based either in London, UK, or Prague, Czech Republic.

Additional Information:
Please note that we are not engaging with agencies for this position. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about joining our in-house team and directly contributing to our exciting projects.

Pay: £36,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
