You’ll act as a trusted adviser and subject matter expert, ensuring compliance with global pay equity legislation while enhancing understanding and communication around equitable compensation. About Flutter Group Compensation The Flutter Group Compensation team is a key part of our Group Reward function, with specific responsibility for advising on, developing, and managing Flutter's global job and pay architecture. This includes our frameworks for job grading and pay benchmarking, whilst also leading on our global pay equity and transparency strategy and driving innovation in compensation technology and analytics. What You’ll Do The Pay Equity and Transparency Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring Flutter remains fully aligned with global pay legislation whilst developing our employees' understanding of fair and equitable compensation. The role acts as a key adviser and business partner helping to shape fair, competitive, and transparent pay practices and communications as well as ensuring delivery of appropriate pay equity analysis and interpreting evolving pay-related legislation to inform our compensation strategy and global pay transparency policy. Key Responsibilities Serve as subject matter expert on global pay legislation and transparency requirements. Proactively monitor global pay equity and transparency laws, minimum wage changes, and other local pay-related legislation. Provide expert guidance to the Reward team and senior HR partners on compliance risks and required actions stemming from new or changing legislation. Partner with key business partners to develop and deliver pay equity analysis, reporting processes, and documentation. Create detailed reports and presentations for leadership and partners, using analysis and insights to shape recommendations into actionable plans. Manage partner enquiries about pay equity compliance and transparency initiatives. Develop appropriate content and conduct regular training sessions for HR teams and managers on pay equity and transparency standards. Policy Development & Implementation Support the development and evolution of Flutter's global pay transparency policy, ensuring alignment with our transparency objectives, international guidelines and local legal requirements. Partner with group and local HR and other business partners to design and implement local pay transparency action plans in the EU and other regions. Lead initiatives to develop management and employee-facing resources and communications explaining our job and pay architecture and pay setting processes. Facilitate transparent communication about pay equity requirements and initiatives. Data Management & Analysis Define data collation and processing requirements to meet legislative and business requirements, working closely with the Data Automation and Analytics Manager to ensure integrated data solutions. Collaborate with the Senior Compensation Analyst and Data Automation and Analytics Manager to manage internal and third-party resources to track and process requirements and deliver analytical outputs, data visualisation and reporting tools that support pay equity and transparency objectives. Support the implementation and ongoing management of advanced pay equity software in conjunction with the Data Automation and Analytics Senior Manager. Governance & Reporting Documentation Develop and maintain documentation and reporting frameworks that demonstrate status of action plans and compliance with internal or external reporting requirements. Maintain accurate records and audit trails for all pay equity and transparency activities. Develop metrics and indicators to track pay equity and transparency progress. People Management & Stakeholders The role reports to the Group Compensation Lead and partners with other Compensation and Reward team members. The role holder will be a subject matter expert with the ability to deliver a significant individual contribution. People management is not a focus of the role, but the role holder may mentor or manage others in the Compensation or wider Reward team. Other key collaborators include all members of the wider HR, Legal and Compliance teams and Divisional and Regional People, Finance and Leadership teams. How You’ll Do It Proven extensive experience in a reward, compensation, HR compliance, or related field covering: Development and implementation of change programs and policies Management of multi-workstream projects within a complex, matrixed organization with a wide range of collaborators Management, analysis, interpretation, and communication of sensitive data Applying data and insights to inform decisions and interpret into actionable plans Defining HRIS and other related system requirements System and data provider management. Well-developed knowledge of international pay legislation, particularly the EUPTD. Understanding of data privacy regulations in the context of employee data systems processing and their intersection with pay transparency requirements. Key Skills Regulatory Compliance: Analyses complex regulatory requirements, develops compliance solutions and guides others in maintaining regulatory standards. Policy Development: Develops complex policies independently, evaluates policy impacts and guides others in policy creation processes. Data Analysis & Interpretation: Manages complex data analysis projects, interprets analytical insights to identify compliance risks and opportunities, and translates findings into tactical implementation plans and detailed roadmaps that support leadership decision-making and drive pay equity compliance and transparency initiatives. Project Management: Manages complex projects, adapts methodologies to specific needs, and supports transformation initiatives. Partner Management: Navigates complex partner dynamics, develops tailored engagement plans and communications. Personal Qualities Diligent with high standards for accuracy and quality.
