📣 Financial Systems Analyst 📍 East Midlands | 💼 Full-time | 💰 £50,000 – £65,000 Chapman Tate is partnering with a long-established UK group that is undergoing significant digital and financial transformation. As the business continues to modernise and integrate its operations, we’re looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to lead the finance workstream of a major ERP implementation and drive system-based improvements across multiple business units. If you’re passionate about leveraging systems to enhance financial processes, data quality, and reporting, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Lead the finance element of a group-wide ERP implementation, collaborating with Operations to ensure alignment and optimisation. Map, analyse, and streamline data workflows to improve governance, accuracy, and accessibility. Work closely with finance teams to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities. Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and BAQs within the ERP. Ensure data integrity across all financial systems. Act as the go-to person for finance system queries, supporting knowledge-sharing and upskilling across the team. Assist with ERP upgrades, migrations, and new functionality rollouts. Document system processes, configurations, and changes for audit and compliance. Serve as a key liaison between multiple departments and business units. Provide training and support to end-users. 🎓 Skills & Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (Epicor experience is a bonus). Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, budgeting); finance/accounts background desirable. Proficiency with data analysis and modelling tools such as Power BI. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience with system integrations and automation.
